About Me

My flat callout fee of $100 covers my travel expenses and helps me to make sure I have everything I need to get started on your project. The required hour of service is charged at an hourly rate of $80, and materials are not included in these fees. I offer free consultations to ensure you get the best possible service and a detailed plan and estimate before beginning any repairs. Please note that there is an additional emergency callout fee of $250 for urgent or after-hours services.

All of my estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

I communicate with you every step of the way. If I can see that we will not have the work completed by the agreed-upon time, I will reach out to get a new completion date.
